PHILADELPHIA (AP) — When President-elect Barack Obama kicked off his whistle-stop tour in Philadelphia on Saturday, his remarks carried echoes from America's past. References to the nation's founding were fitting, given the city's role in the adoption of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. Yet Obama dipped into other historical moments as he traveled to Washington for his inauguration.

No, the coat is by designer Sonia Rykiel as stated in my post. It's from her Fall 2008 collection. I added the picture so there wouldn't be any question. But just in case there is, see here.
