Another Great Interview with White House Social Secretary, Desiree Rogers..

White House Social Secretary Desiree Rogers explains her job (she's a Louisiana native like me who's gone on to greatness, so naturally my fascination with her is pretty high..), and informs that the social office is the office where "East" meets "West", the East Wing being the First Lady's Wing and the West Wing being the President's Wing. She explained that it's where "business" meets "social" and it's also where the POTUS and FLOTUS meet. Desiree said that it was all about balancing the demand for events and use of the white house assets. She's the White House Event Planner Extraordinaire!
