First lady Michelle Obama (wearing Rachel Roy) attended an event about the Affordable Care Act at George Washington University Hospital July 14, 2010 in Washington, DC. Hospital employees also attended this event, including Inger Mobley, left, Clinical Manager of the Breast Care Center. Obama pointed out new regulations in the Affordable Care Act that will require new health plans to cover the cost of preventive screenings for diabetes, high cholesterol and high blood pressure.
